Wrapped in exotic flavours from around the globe, revealing dishes you may not have expected, our Pan Fried Salmon on Masons’ a la carte menu is an excellent example of how we aim to serve traditional British dishes with a world influence. Our Pan Fried Salmon is served in a coconut chilli broth and served with soba noodles, rather than the traditional vegetable accompaniments. One of the broth’s essential ingredients is mirin, a type of rice wine and an essential condiment used often in Japanese cuisine.
